Primary Care Networks
PCN's are the latest innovation in the Primary Care landscape of the NHS. We are fortunate to have Dr Bartlett as co-clinical chair of the PCN that we have joined. The PCN's are part of the NHS long-term plan and one of the aims is to help to secure and stabilise General Practice for the future. We are currently facing serious pressures in the workforce and with an aging population and increasingly complex care. Working with other GP Practices it is hoped that we can manage some of these pressures and deliver the care that we all wish.
Our PCN is live!
We are pleased to announce that we have joined a PCN with Kingswood Surgery, Tower House Surgery and Desborough Surgery. The name of our PCN is Cygnet PCN. As we develop we will place new information here for you. If you feel you would ike to know more and would like to have an input, please contact our Patient Participation Group.
